Zahra Kanjee is a Psychological Associate under Supervised Practice, registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
Zahra uses an integrative, client-centred therapeutic approach, blending evidence-based methods to suit each individual’s unique needs. She is trained and experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and the Person-Centred Approach. By pairing CBT’s practical tools for addressing challenges with the empathetic and supportive environment of the person-centred approach, Zahra offers a holistic therapeutic experience that empowers clients to explore their emotions, reframe negative thoughts, and build effective coping mechanisms.
