Lana Livingstone is a Registered Social Worker and Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, and adults. She specializes in supporting individuals through trauma, grief, stress management, pain management, addiction, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, with particular expertise in supporting first responders and workplace injuries. Lana believes in a holistic, therapeutic approach that encompasses individuality and autonomy. She uses a person-centred, trauma-informed, collaborative approach and provides a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.
