With over 10 years of experience working with youth and adults, she specializes in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), mindfulness-based therapy (MBT), prolonged exposure therapy (PE), and trauma-informed care. Jennifer’s approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration, creating a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.
