Hello, my name is Dr. Etti Daskal, Psy.D., C.Psych., and I am a registered Psychological Associate affiliated with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). I am passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal well-being through evidence-based practices, personalized care, and a collaborative approach. My therapeutic work draws primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE), and I treat depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), relationship difficulties, and life crises. I have recently completed formal training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I integrate into treatment when clinically appropriate. In addition, I provide neurodiversity affirming assessments, including ADHD and autism (ASD), and support individuals and families in understanding and navigating neurodivergent profiles.
