Caitlin Winger is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She believes in flexibility when it comes to the counselling process, recognizing that each person is unique and deserves the opportunity to engage in healing in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to them. Caitlin earned her Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Martin Luther Seminary, with a focus on spiritual care and psychotherapy. She regularly participates in training across various therapeutic areas. Using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, she helps clients from diverse backgrounds navigate life’s challenges and collaboratively identifies strategies that work best for each individual.
