Compassionate Support as You Build Your New Life

Starting over in a new country requires immense courage, especially when you have left behind everything familiar and loved. If you have experienced war, persecution, loss, or trauma before arriving in Canada, the process of rebuilding your life can feel overwhelming. At Psychology Health Solutions, we offer specialized, culturally sensitive therapy for refugees. Our goal is to provide you with a safe space to heal and give you hope for the future.

The Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) ensures that eligible refugees, asylum seekers, and protected persons can access mental health counselling without financial burden.
