Sara Kaviani is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Sara has extensive experience providing mental health support across diverse populations and settings, including individual and group counselling, settlement services, crisis intervention, and educational environments. With a strong foundation in research, she has co-authored work on emotional regulation and presented findings at international conferences and workshops. Sara is skilled at creating inclusive, equitable environments and tailoring interventions to meet her clients’ unique needs.
