Kelly McNaughton is a highly experienced psychotherapist who has worked extensively with first responders and healthcare providers for over 25 years. Kelly is a certified EMDR therapist and an instructor in Critical Incident Stress Management with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. She is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Windsor, researching attrition and mental health in novice nurses. She developed and delivered mental health education to new graduate nursing hires at SickKids, along with a family workshop for their partners and families. Kelly has two publications and three currently under peer review.
