Azar Farzinyasamy is a Registered Psychotherapist with extensive experience helping individuals and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds develop cognitive, behavioural, and emotional skills to manage various clinical challenges. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Psychology and has years of experience in the treatment and assessment of children and adults. Azar is passionate about creating integrative approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, helping them replace dysfunctional coping strategies with constructive actions. She works collaboratively with clients through psychoeducation and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help them accomplish their therapeutic and life goals.
