Crystal Natolino is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families through diverse and complex life challenges. She practices within a trauma-informed, client-centred framework and integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Narrative Therapy, with particular emphasis on how early childhood experiences shape adult functioning and emotional health.

Crystal has extensive expertise in treating PTSD, complex grief and loss, and intergenerational trauma, including the impacts of historical childhood sexual abuse. She is also highly specialized in the mental health needs of first responders, offering tailored interventions that address the occupational traumas, moral injuries, and high-stress environments unique to policing, paramedicine, firefighting, and related fields. Her work focuses on enhancing resilience, restoring psychological functioning, and supporting recovery within this population.

Crystal is a WSIB-approved psychotherapist and provides specialized care for individuals recovering from psychological workplace injuries. Her therapeutic approach combines clinical expertise with compassion, helping clients uncover the roots of their trauma, reduce symptom burden, and build sustainable emotional and cognitive stability.
