Candidates will have either a Doctoral or Masters Degree in Psychology and be registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or be eligible for supervised practice. Areas of competency should include Clinical and/or Rehabilitation Psychology. Candidates from other cultures and/or minorities are especially invited to submit their resumes. Supervision is available at no cost, if required.


  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario;
  • Demonstrated skill in psychological assessment and treatment;
  • Results oriented work ethic to work independently and undertake tasks needed to accomplish work objectives and deliver quality, consistent and timely results;
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills;
  • Bilingualism/multilingualism is a very desirable asset;

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate psychotherapeutic treatment programs;
  • Consultation services for clients, relatives, professional associations, community organizations;
  • Performing psychological assessment and investigation;
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, providing clients with intervention strategies;
